Field Service Engineer / International Service Technician (m/f)

About the job
Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer who loves international travel and technical problem-solving? At JD Engineers, you’ll have the opportunity to install, maintain and troubleshoot machines for customers all over the world.
Our service team handles the planning, but once on site, you work independently: you decide on the best approach and solve technical challenges with creativity and precision.
Your role
- Install and commission machines and production lines.
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and overhauls.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and software issues.
- Advise customers and identify commercial opportunities.
As part of Alliance, JD Engineers also offers you the chance to support projects within this group – giving you even more variety and international experience.
Who are you?
- Technical background: vocational education (MBO level) in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Service-minded: experience in a field service or technical role.
- Adventurous: eager to travel internationally.
- Language skills: fluent in English (Dutch or German is a plus, not a must).
- Problem-solver: independent, proactive and creative in finding solutions.
