Founding of JD Engineers B.V. by Jasper Kruizinga and Doeke Holtrop.
Providing service for folding and gluing machines (especially Tanabe) and die-cutting machines.
Commenced development of upgrades for folding and gluing machines (version 1).

Hiring of the first employee.

Release of version 2 of the upgrades and expansion to 7 employees.

Release of version 3 and sales in the USA, Australia, and New Zealand, with an increase to 11 employees.

Collaboration with Bahmüller and development of the Turbox folding and gluing machine.

First Turbox folding and gluing machine delivered in Germany.

Release of version 4 of the upgrades.

Termination of collaboration with Bahmüller (35 machines in the market) and expanded collaboration with Tanabe to develop a new machine. Tanabe provides the mechanical machine, and JD Engineers provides the control and various sections, resulting in the new Tanabe JD BOXR.

The first Tanabe JD BOXR is sold to a customer in England.

Development of the Ejection Unit and T-Unit (for folding waterproof boxes) for the Tanabe JD BOXR.

The first Tanabe JD BOXR is sold in the USA.
