Support
Backed by our experience, we are specialists in folding and gluing and all techniques involved. Our support is offered by various channels, starting by e-mail or phone. Our remote support software gives us the opportunity to access the operation of the machine. In this way, our specialists can collect and analyse data to diagnose and resolve malfunctions remotely, saving our customers an on- site visit from a specialist. But if the request for help is too complex to solve remotely, we are quick and flexible in organizing support onsite.
Service
Besides daily support, we have a team of technicians who can carry out scheduled repairs and maintenance. Scheduled maintenance includes an inspection to assess the current state of the machine and determine what repairs or maintenance tasks are needed. Based on this inspection, a maintenance report is prepared by one of our specialists and a quotation for the work to be carried out is provided. This gives our customers a clear indication of the level of maintenance required and the associated costs before we proceed with the job.
A variation on our standard services is providing on-site training. Through our training we help our customers get the most out of their investment by understanding the full capabilities of the machine. Our training courses range from setting up and operating machines to maximizing production and meets the needs of our customers.
Spare parts
Supplied through our own workshop combined with a strategic stock and reliable suppliers, we can quickly produce and deliver high-quality spare parts. As a result, downtime is kept to a minimum and maintenance can be scheduled.
