JD Engineers is looking for a driven and customer-focused Commercial Service Representative for our service department, part of our aftersales team. Your Role

As a Commercial Service Representative Aftersales (m/f), you will be the backbone of our service department, a crucial part of our aftersales. You will ensure that our field service team operates optimally and that customer inquiries are addressed swiftly and efficiently. Your diverse set of tasks includes:

• Scheduling field service engineers
• Organizing travel for engineers and other staff
• Supporting the spares and support department
• Proactively engaging with customers
• Preparing service quotes
• Following up on quotes and ensuring timely feedback
• Processing invoices for parts and services

Who are you?

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• MBO 4 level of working and thinking
• Commercially driven and customer-focused
• Proficient in Dutch and English; German and/or French is a plus
• Experience with Ridder IQ and/or ATPI is an advantage
• Affinity for working in a technical environment
• Strong communication skills and a good sense for people
